Back and bi's

Well, this morning is not starting off to well. Texas A&M lost to Baylor last night..... I will update what I ate and how my workout went later.

Bi's
seated alternating dumbell curls: 3/45
incline dumbell curls: 3/30

all reps in 6 to 8 range

Off again

It's Saturday, and I stayed up late with my brother Matt and Sean. Just taking it easy and relaxing right now. My clock right now says its 6:35, but it's cool because I know that it is technically 5:35. An extra hour of sleep is going to be so sweet!

Shoulders and Tris

Alrighty, today was shoulders and triceps day. Here's how my program looked today.

Shoulders
Dumbell shoulder presses: warmup 55; 3/70
Barbell front raises: 3/80
Side laterals: 1/30; 3/35
Dumbell rear laterals: 1/40; 3/45
Dumbell shrugs: 1/110; 2/120

Triceps
Skull crushers: 1/80; 2/90
V-bar pressdowns: 3/90
Overhead extensions: 3/30 superset with dips 3/8 bodyweight

Eaten today:
2 pieces toast
oatmeal
2 chicken breasts
2 cans ranch style beans
protein shake
can tuna
Wendy's Bacon Cheeseburger
Biggie Fries
Some of my bro's cashew fudge
late night flautas from Taco Cabana

Ok so the last few things were not so healthy but what can I say, it's my cheat day. :P

Over at my bro's right now, him and his friend Sean are jammin' on their guitars. Total Recall came on t.v. so I'll prolly go watch that. Peace.

Off day

Took the day off from working out today. Had some school stuff to turn in. Been up late the past couple of nights working on my Physical Anthropology test. Glad to have that done. The weekend is coming soon and I am ready for it.
