Ok, so Thursday I did biceps and triceps. Yesterday I did legs. I had to skip today which is fine because of studying math. Tommorow I will continue with shoulders which will be my last body part for this week.

Back Day

Well, so far this has been a pretty darn good day. Woke up this morning to see that my download for the World of Warcraft Beta was done. Game is pretty fun, it should keep me busy for a while. I'm also continuing to practice on my guitar. I have chords G and A down pretty good now, going to learn some more in the next for days. Everything is under control school wise as far as I know so without further adieu, on with todays workout and menu.

Howdy!

Alright, after a nice, long break I am back to work. This weekend's hunt was unsucessful although my brother did see a doe which is comforting. Oh well, it wouldn't be any fun to get a deer on the first day of hunting season. My workout today consisted of chest and calves. Here's how it looked.

flat bench db flies: 3:55
pullovers: 3:80

Calves
standing calf raises: 3 sets, each set consists of toes pointed in for 8 reps; toes pointed forward for 8; and toes pointed out for 8

Yaaa buddy!

Ya buddy! It's that time of the year again. The time when millions of men and women of all ages get decked out in their camos and wake up at 4:00 in the morning. That's right, it's deer season. I am heading out tonight with my brother Clinton to our cabin. Happy hunting to you if you're going out and good luck on bagging that trophy buck. I am coming off an off week. I worked out 8 consecutive weeks so it was time for a break. Good day to you and remember, you're the best!

Gooday mate.

Completed my chest workout today. Got a good pump and really feel good about it. I'm a little nervous about the election results. May the best man win I guess. On with what I did.

All reps 6 to 8 except for pullovers where I did 10 reps.

Alrighty, I was off today once again. Pretty stressed out about a math test coming up, but I will pull it off. Been studying alot for it. Got my hair did today as well and I'm glad, now I don't have to wear a hat everyday. Now on with the show.
