Howdy!

Alright, after a nice, long break I am back to work. This weekend's hunt was unsucessful although my brother did see a doe which is comforting. Oh well, it wouldn't be any fun to get a deer on the first day of hunting season. My workout today consisted of chest and calves. Here's how it looked.

Chest
bench press on smith: 1:135; 1:185; 3:225
incline dumbell presses: 3:75
flat bench db flies: 3:55
pullovers: 3:80

Calves
standing calf raises: 3 sets, each set consists of toes pointed in for 8 reps; toes pointed forward for 8; and toes pointed out for 8

Eaten
2 pcs toast
oatmeal
ravioli
tuna
protein shake
pizza
can of chili
2 chicken breasts
green beans
2 bowls of cereal
